AVON 20the Anniversary & Q1 Sales Conference

AVON celebrated 20 years on Bulgarian market. Through a detailed selection Insight Events was selected to organize the event and to produce all the materials and installations. For a venue we selected the new John Atanassov meeting hall which gives many options for branding and set up. The set-up of the venue started 3 days before the event, and it was transformed in a magnificent gala dinner location. Insight Events organized the accommodation and transportation of the guests, catering for the dinner, all production installations, stage design and branding, AV production, selection of host and entertainment program, presents, photo and video coverage.
