Insight Events prepared a creative concept for a local event of Avon Bulgaria. The selected venue was hotel Arte Velingrad. Based on our key visual proposal the hotel was branded accordingly. We took care for the production of all the materials and the set up of the venue. An evening reception with special cocktails and entertainment was the highlight of the evening. More of our role was the hotel accommodation, all F&B services, the conference part and the transportation of the guests.
