Destination Management Company for Bulgaria Insight Events was entitled to organize the annual DoTerra summit in Golden Sands. For the event we have selected hotel Riviera Beach which meats the client’s criteria for easy access to the beach and vast green area around the property. Apart from hotel accommodation, transfers, dinners, factory visit and activities we provided beach activities and an interesting teambuilding program. The biggest challenge we faced was to find an unique venue for the Gala Dinner the client asked for. We proposed the Euxinograd palace located at a restricted entrance area. Despite the difficult logistics we managed to ensure a smooth flow of the whole night: from arrival, through table seating, dinner and party.
