International Companion Animal Welfare Conference

The organization of the INTERNATIONAL COMPANION ANIMAL WELFARE CONFERENCE in Sofia was assigned to Insight Events in 2018. Due to COVID-19 the event was postponed a few times and finally reconfirmed for 2022. Our team faced many challenges in the process, from keeping the same price conditions through the years, to managing the visa process for some of the participants and fighting with COVID-19 still on-going travel restrictions. 

We are proud to have managed all the challenges and created an amazing event with a worthy cause. Our DMC Bulgaria services for the ICAWC included web site development, participants management and registration, accommodation in different hotel categories, individual and group transfers, Gala dinner in a unique venue, shelter visits, stage design and production, meeting facilities and AV, decoration, badge printing and visa support. 

As a destination management company in Bulgaria we are proud to have been assigned such a complex event and it was completed in the best possible way.
