A Universe of Innovation

The client approached Insight Events with a vision for an event that would both inspire and impress. The theme – “A Universe of Innovation” – set the tone, and we took on the full organization for 300 guests in Sofia.

The event was held at Sofia Event Center, which we transformed into a thrilling journey through space. The foyer welcomed guests with thematic décor and hanging planets, one of which was 3D-mapped with the client’s logo – a striking visual that made a strong first impression.

Inside the main hall, the space featured a uniquely designed LED screen, playing custom-made animations created especially for the event. A 360-degree wall projection fully immersed the guests in the “Universe of Innovation,” making the concept come to life in spectacular fashion.

One of the greatest challenges – and achievements – was the double transformation of the venue within a single day: first into 11 parallel workshop rooms, and later into an elegant gala dinner setting. With precise planning and seamless coordination, we completed the transformation in record time.

The evening concluded with a refined dinner in a futuristic and stylish setting, with the highlight being a neon-lit dessert – a true visual and culinary delight.

This project is a clear example of how a strong concept and the right event planning partner can come together to create magic – all in just one day.
