Insight Events organised a complete corporate event and incentive programme for 80 guests in Malaga, Spain, with accommodation at Barceló Málaga. The programme was designed to combine the business objectives of the event with the authentic spirit, culture and vibrant atmosphere of Andalusia.
As an experienced event agency and DMC partner, Insight Events provided end-to-end event management, including hotel sourcing and contracting, accommodation, transfers and logistics, training sessions and workshops, restaurant selection and evening programmes.
The highlight of the event was a themed Gala Dinner at the authentic Hacienda La Esperanza. With a flamenco-inspired dress code, guests were immersed in the atmosphere of Andalusia through a live flamenco performance, a spectacular horse show and a traditional Spanish venenciador serving sherry in true Andalusian style.
