We received a challenging task to create a concept for a unique event, AVON has not made yet. Our team suggested an out of the box idea to recreate a New York Fashion Show – a demanding and inspiring task to present in the cold month of January. For venue we selected Boyana Film Studios and the New York Streets. Set up of the unique venue started 4 days before the show. A huge transparent tent was built among the streets to recreate the New York idea, American taxi cars were parked around the tent. Guests were welcomed with custom designed welcome drink installation and plastic models with AVON make up. The room was decorated aligned with the key visual we proposed. All elements in the decors related to the concept including a huge stage and catwalk. Motivation speakers, famous actors and signers made the atmosphere a one to remember. The evening ended with an amazing activation surprise when everyone unties its present and its lid flew away creating a sky full of red balloons. Additional services we offered were hotel accommodation, transfers, security, photo and video coverage.
