In September, Insight Events delivered a corporate event for 80 guests at VIDENIE, an immersive event space that allowed us to transform the client’s new product presentation into a fully engaging visual experience.
The highlight of the event was the custom animated video content, specially created for the venue’s large-scale immersive environment. The visuals were developed and adapted to the architecture and technical capabilities of VIDENIE, bringing the client’s branding and product messages to life around the audience and making them an integral part of the presentation.
The event was divided into two parts – a conference programme followed by a cocktail reception, combining business content with an informal networking experience. Following the presentations, guests enjoyed carefully selected catering, music and an AI-powered photo booth.
