10 Years Colonnade

Insight Events Bulgaria was proud to serve as the official Destination Management Company (DMC Bulgaria) and event management agency for the Colonnade Insurance 10th Anniversary, held in the seaside resort of Albena, Bulgaria. Following almost two years of planning, the project brought together more than 600 participants from 7 countries.

As a leading event management company and DMC in Bulgaria, our team delivered comprehensive project management, overseeing every aspect of the event from concept development to on-site execution. Our services included the development of a dedicated event website and registration platform, accommodation management across three hotels, transportation, logistics, supplier coordination, temporary infrastructure and full operational management.

One of the highlights of the conference was a series of tailor-made team building activities, designed around a unique charitable concept where participants collected points that were converted into donations for a meaningful cause. This created an engaging experience while reinforcing the company’s corporate values.

The event programme featured a vibrant welcome party with an outdoor dinner, followed by a spectacular gala dinner held on the Albena green park. The venue was transformed with custom-built marquees, a large LED screen, professional staging, welcome drink area, catering, photo corner and full technical production. Guests enjoyed outstanding live performances by Hilda Kazasyan & Band, while the evening was hosted by Raffi Bohosyan and Militsa Gladnishka, complemented by an impressive dance performance by Boryana Dance.

On the final day, delegates could choose from a variety of incentive activities, including yoga sessions, wine tasting, jeep safari adventures and guided excursions to the historic town of Balchik, allowing international guests to experience Bulgaria beyond the conference programme.
