Insight Events delivered a complete corporate event and incentive programme for 110 guests in Baku, Azerbaijan, with accommodation at the iconic Fairmont Baku, Flame Towers. Inspired by Azerbaijan’s identity as the “Land of Fire”, the concept used fire as a creative thread connecting the destination, event programme and the client’s new corporate visual identity.
As an experienced event agency and DMC partner, Insight Events provided end-to-end event management, including hotel sourcing, contracting and accommodation, multiple transfers and logistics, training sessions and workshops, restaurant selection and evening programmes. Highlights included an interactive Treasure Hunt across Baku and a spectacular Gala Dinner at Villa Petrolea, featuring a specially designed show programme, with guests dressed in the colours and shades of fire.
A bespoke animated event logo was also created, connecting the company’s new visual identity with Baku, the selected destination and the symbolism of fire.
The project showcases Insight Events’ expertise in international corporate event management, incentive travel and DMC services, combining creative concepts, authentic destination experiences and seamless event logistics.
