Kick Off Event Sofia

As a leading event agency in Bulgaria, Insight Events delivered an unforgettable experience for 150 guests from four different countries. This complex corporate event spanned three days and combined multiple venues, formats, and creative concepts, each executed with precision and attention to detail.

The event kicked off with an inspiring opening ceremony at the Sofia Opera and Ballet, featuring a spectacular hologram performance that set the tone for the entire program. The evening concluded with a welcoming dinner at a carefully selected local restaurant, offering a warm atmosphere and traditional menu.

The main conference took place at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia, where we built a state-of-the-art stage with an LED screen for the plenary session and provided eight breakout rooms for parallel workshops. In the evening, we transformed the Sky Bar Ozone into three distinct zones of entertainment: a quiz area, comedy club, and karaoke stage – a fun and well-structured night of team bonding.

On the third day, the program continued at Hyatt Regency Sofia, followed by a grand finale – an elegant Gatsby-themed gala dinner at the Military Club in Sofia. The venue was beautifully transformed with stylish décor, live performers, and a DJ set, creating a night to remember.
