The Sigenergy Day Europe 2025 was held on three locations of the Burgas region in Bulgaria. The event highlighted Sigenergy’s energy storage solution at the Malko Tarnovo Photovoltaic Power Plant in collaboration with local partners Trakia MT.
The event was attended by over 250 energy professionals from the EMEA market who were accommodated in the vast complex of SOL Nessebar that combines three adjacent hotels.
The program kicked off with a morning presentations program where industry experts and partners. It was followed by a on-site visit of the power plant and concluded with an exquisite networking gala at a private venue overlooking the gulf Sunny Beach.
Insight Event’s provided assistance for every single aspect of the event. Despite little time to work with we secured accommodation that was relatively close to the focal part of the event – the visit of the Malko Turnovo power plant which located at Turkish border lacks suitable hotels in its vicinity.
Additionally, we organised ground transportation from and to three airports (Sofia, Burgas and Varna). The SOL Nessebar complex was fully branded and its conference hall was equipped with a 14×3 meter LED screen and podium to facilitate the presentations. Other conference services included a VIP host (Gergana Stoyanova), hostesses team, simultaneous translation and sound system. A dedicated AV team took photos and videos of the event in its entirety and added drone footage. Apart from organising the necessary transportation we also procured the visit of the power plant with branded materials, catering and sound system on site. The networking gala included stylish welcome cocktail & dinner that were Bulgarian themed and were supported with a multi-layered entertainment program with local dance performances.
