The client requested us to create a memorable product launch which shows the three main functions of their new product among three sectors of specialists. The creative concept represents a three colored tree of life where each color illustrates one of the product features. The event gathered more than 500 participants in the four major cities of Bulgaria – Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas. We branded each location and organized a fluent streaming connection. At the main venue in Sofia guests enjoyed a spectacular opening of the event with a hologram projection and video animations. At the end of the conference we managed to recreate the same room in less than 45 minutes for the Gala Dinner.
