In March, Insight Events successfully organized an event for our client at Sofia Tech Park, gathering 250 guests. As a leading event agency and destination management company in Bulgaria, we provided a comprehensive range of event coordination services that included hotel accommodation tailored to the comfort and preferences of all participants. The creative concept was masterfully developed by Miroslav Petrov, who crafted a unique atmosphere and identity for the event.
The animations were delivered by ElektrickMe, captivating the audience with innovative and dynamic visual effects showcased on a 3D LED screen, complemented by kinetic lighting that added an extra layer of dynamism and magic to the overall visual experience.
One of the event’s most notable highlights was our ability to reconfigure the venue twice within just half an hour. The first transformation was for the facilitation of 14 parallel workshops including the installation of technical equipment, and the second was for a glamorous Gala Dinner that ended the evening on a high note.
