Insight Events was chosen as the local expert for the incentive trip of 40 top insurers from Austria. The program was filled with different activities combining leisure experience with exploring Bulgaria.
The group stayed in one of the top boutique hotels in Sofia which was also their starting point into the city. One of the days went entirely under the theme of Communism when the group had the chance to ride in authentic Lada cars from the 80’s, visit some of the most iconic Communist sites in Sofia and learn more about the life of Bulgarians under the regime when the group visited the unique Red Flat. The Communist tour ended at the hip Raketa Rakia Bar & Diner to complete the theme. Plovdiv – European Capital of Culture 2019 – was of course on list as a total must-see town and the guests visited it for a full day tour. The incentive was finished properly with scavenger hunt challenge around Sofia. During the entire program the guests had the chance to taste the unmatched Bulgarian cuisine and wines while dining at some of the top restaurants in Bulgaria.
